Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd.

This project is a facility for a medium-size software company in Kalyani Nagar. The building has five floors with two level parking. The external walls have Heritage finishing, while the entrance lobby was finished with Italian marble. The floors are vitrified tiles, partitions are Gypboard, and the ceiling is Armstrong. The project includes a decorative water fountain, compound wall and internal area done with paving blocks. In the second phase, we constructed two seven-storey towers with two level parking, joined with a podium and parking lot.

This project received the Second Prize for Well Built Structures, Commercial Building Category; in 2004 from the Builders Association of India(BAI).
