INA Bearings Pvt. Ltd. (Schaeffler India)

INA Bearings, a division of the 8.9 billion Euro Schaeffler Group, set up a greenfield facility at Talegaon near Pune.

We constructed their first factory in year 2006. This project received the First Prize, and Best of The Best Award; for Well Built Structures in the Industrial Category, in 2007; from the Builders Association of India(BAI).

In the year 2018 we were awarded the contract of phase two work which includes construction of civil work comprising main plaint, utilities, administration building, energy center, security building, all allied infrastructure such as roads, parking, drainage, sewage water treatments, firefighting, land development, landscaping, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical works, mechanical works, building management systems, telephone & data cabling, etc.
