This was a project for renowned cosmetic company L’Oreal at Chakan. The Project consisted of refurbishment of an old plant, along with a new mezzanine floor, construction of an extension of the plant, an effluent treatment plant, water tank, utilities, canteen building, office building along with roads, and other development work. The second phase consisted of an extension to the plant, along with a new mezzanine floor, construction of an extension of the plant, an effluent treatment plant, water tank, utilities, canteen building, office building along with roads, and other development work. The work was carried out according to international safety norms and under the third party supervision of BVQI.
