Mercedes-Benz offers its customers excellent and technologically advanced automobile products from the Mercedes Benz stable. This was a turnkey contract for construction and utility works which consist of civil work – the production hall, administration, canteen, customer centre, energy centre and workshop building (totalling 35,000 sqm), roads and parking, compound wall, and land development. Also included is the creation of utilities – electrical, HVAC, mechanical, compressed air, STP +ETP, and firewater lines for the respective buildings.
This project received the First Prize for Well Built Structures in Industrial (Large Scale), in 2008 from the Builders Association of India(BAI). This project also received the Silver Award for Safety in the Industrial Project Category, in 2011 from Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation(PCERF), Pune.
