The Carraro Group is one of the big industrial houses in Italy.Their gear manufacturing division created to expand sales and production to new markets was set up at MIDC, Ranjangaon, about 50 km from Pune. Devi designed and constructed the entire division ranging from land development and building to setting up of utilities such as propane, compressed air, water supply and drainage systems, STP, landscaping, concrete roads and fire fighting.

The project won the Juries Recommendation Award for Industrial Construction, in 2006, from the Architect Engineers Survey Association(AESA), Pune. This project also received the First Prize, and Best of The Best Award for Well Built Structures in the Industrial Category; in 2006, from the Builders Association of India(BAI).
